    Once payment is processed, the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • Custom Made-to-Order Items
    Due to the nature of our products being custom made to order, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item is crafted specifically for you based on your specifications, and therefore cannot be resold.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges
    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with a product.
  • Defective or Damaged Products

    All of our products are custom made to order. Items will be shipped two to three weeks after receiving the customer’s flooring materials. This timeframe allows for careful production, quality control, and preparation for shipping.
