Limited Warranty Coverage

At VentsThatBlend, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. We proudly warrant that all of our flush-mount louvered vents and stair nosings are free from defects and workmanship and meet industry standards when used under normal residential or commercial conditions. This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product may be defective:

1. Email us directly at Admin@VentsThatBlend.com.
   
   
2. Include the following information:
   
   
   • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice, or credit card statement)
     
     
   • A brief description of the issue
     
     
   • Clear photos (and video, if applicable) of the product and the suspected defect
     
     

Our team may request additional documentation to assist with evaluation.

What We’ll Do

Once your claim is reviewed and a product defect is confirmed within the Warranty Period, VentsThatBlend will take one of the following steps at our discretion:

• Replace the defective product with an item of the same color, design, and quality—at no cost to you
  
  
• If an exact match is no longer available, we may offer a comparable substitute or issue a refund
  
  
• In certain cases, we may request the return of the defective item and will provide prepaid shipping
  
  

Please note: A warranty replacement does not restart or extend the original Warranty Period.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover issues resulting from:

• Improper installation or failure to follow our installation guidelines
  
  
• Inadequate maintenance, improper storage, or misuse
  
  
• Alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use of incompatible components
  
  
• Physical damage, accidents, or abuse
  
  
• Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or natural disasters (e.g., flooding, lightning, earthquakes)
  
  

HVAC System Compatibility

Buyers and installers are responsible for ensuring compatibility between VentsThatBlend products and the HVAC system in use. This warranty does not cover any HVAC-related repairs, damage, or labor costs related to system integration or installation/removal.

Weight & Usage Guidelines

To maintain warranty coverage and ensure product performance:

• Standard vent sizes are rated for up to 290 lbs of foot traffic
  
  
• Wide vent sizes support up to 260 lbs
  
  
• Avoid dragging furniture or applying concentrated weight directly on the vent surface
  
  
• Always use the correct vent size for your duct opening
  
  
  Example: Using a 6″x12″ vent on an 8″x12″ duct will void the warranty
  
  
  

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by VentsThatBlend. All other warranties—express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VentsThatBlend will not be liable for:

• Loss of income, revenue, or business opportunities
  
  
• Installation, labor, or shipping costs
  
  
• Replacement of undamaged or non-defective products
  
  
• Incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  
  

Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
